Recruiting quality prospects is one of the biggest challenges faced by most network marketers today. It is not because it’s a hard thing to do… it’s rarely taught effectively. No one is born a natural recruiter. In fact, mastery of recruiting is something you can learn. Although there are others who can master recruiting faster, the slower ones do have a chance of mastering it too. For years, I’ve seen people bring in more prospects signing up for business opportunities while I struggled on scheduling people to meet-up for a quick discussion. Me: “Just enough to pay my bills. I just joined the company last June 28th. That’s my 6th MLM company in 7 years.”
Friend: “Really? You know what, earning just to pay your bills is not good enough. Me, I can’t remember the last time I had to consider my budget first before ordering in a fine dining restaurant. Have you ever been invited to *** presentations?”

Last night after I wrote The Fray Band is into Network Marketing I went out to grab a bite. While I was on my way back to my beloved Kymco Super 8 125cc scooter, I ran across a long lost friend. She’s the kind of person who would rank first in the academe, get involved in so many extra-curricular activities, lead almost impossible to achieve college projects, befriend everyone and during our college days, she gained everyone’s trust. Having known her for those 4 years, I thought maybe I’d say hi to her and catch up a little. “Hi! I saw you on my way to get my scooter. We knew each other in college and we were classmates in most of our subjects. Last night I was browsing my set of TV Series DVDs because I was bored. I thought maybe I should watch some of my favorite series and spend the night away watching. Then I saw Grey’s Anatomy, and I thought that this would be a good time to catch up with the episodes that I missed. So I slipped the disc in and started browsing for episodes. Then I saw this particular episode where Meredith discovers Dr. Shepherd’s marriage. Mrs. Shepherd stepped into the scene for the very first time. You probably already know how the story went. But while I was watching, I discovered that a known band The Fray was into Network Marketing.
